What's for Breakfast?

Breakfast Enchiladas  at The Brenham House
Breakfast starts with
Fresh Fruit
Breakfast Enchiladas, Parsley Red Potatoes, Green Beans
Cherry Pineapple Dump Cake
Juice and lots of hot Coffee and Tea

Scrambled eggs with saute onion, garlic, and bell pepper, sausage, cilantro, wrapped in a flour tortilla.  Topped with cheese sauce with green chillies and baked.
Plate and top with tomatoes and cilantro and a dollop of sour cream.
