Randy will be serving his famous "Texas Strip"
Texas sized NY strips grilled on his open pit.
14-16 oz USDA choice Black Angus steaks.
Dinner is served with garlic parmesan potatoes,
house salad of organic mixed greens,
warm bread with Brie.
There is a large selection of wines and beers to choose from
and Randy's desserts are always great!
